The Southern Ontario Chapter of the SFPE is based in Toronto but has members from the GTA and beyond.  All those members of SFPE International as well as anyone involved in the fire protection industry are welcome to be involved in Chapter activities and events.  Our Chapter has lunch meetings every 2nd Tuesday (usually) from September to May where a speaker makes a 1 hour presentation on a topic of interest to the fire protection community.  Our lunch meetings are typically at the Toronto Board of Trade Downtown location.   The Southern Ontario Chapter is very involved in promoting fire protection engineering and the specific ideals of SFPE International, whose goal is "Advancing the Science and Practice of Fire Protection Engineering Internationally".  SFPE International and our Chapter support the growing field of fire protection engineering.    More
